PRO GUARD® delivers the necessary sugars, minerals, and electrolytes that reduce plant stress and increase resistance to predatory pests.

Research has long demonstrated that stressed plants send out a signal that attracts predatory pests who then attack and remove the plant from it’s reproductive cycle. In particular, sucking-type insects/mites (eg. aphids, spider mites, leaf hoppers, white flies, leaf miners, cucumber beetles, squash bugs, potato beatles, scales, and adelgids) are attracted to stressed plants for the improved ability to lay eggs. The colonization rates of boring-type insects increased around stressed plants.

Regular applications of PRO GUARD® help protect crops from unwanted infestations by keeping nutrient uptake balanced while delivering the trace minerals and electrolytes essential for plant vigor.
